Raspberry Kava Clover Fizz
Inspired by Clover Club / raspberry gin fizz
The Clover Club is a classic pink cocktail known for raspberry, citrus, and a silky top. This Raspberry Kava Clover Fizz keeps the elegance of that original drink while making it completely alcohol-free. It is tart, berry-forward, and polished enough for a date night, a dinner party, or a sober-curious cocktail hour.
Instead of gin, this recipe uses a KILA Raspberry Social Tonic as the signature ingredient. The result is a bright, adult-style drink with the shape and ceremony of a cocktail, but no alcohol. Kava should not be combined with alcohol or other sedating substances, so this recipe is designed from the start as a zero-proof serve.
